Dixie Peterson, Owner and Principal Designer of Universal Designs, founded the company during her college years with a vision to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional for all.
After spending 11 years designing for firms in Park City, Utah, she transformed her passion into a reality by launching Universal Designs. Designing everything from new builds to multi-family projects, to remodels and furniture packages. From Utah to California to New York, the capability of designing anywhere in the world. Dixie’s love for interior design stems from her commitment to enhancing the lives of those around her by creating beautiful, meaningful spaces.
Dixie is dedicated to collaborating closely with each client, bringing their vision to life and crafting their dream space. She also has a proven track record of working well with builders, developers, architects and subcontractors. With a focus on intentional design, her work combines aesthetic appeal with exceptional functionality. Her strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail ensure smooth project management and a high level of client satisfaction.
